My turbo jam is actually one for each day ... just forgot to log them in on the proper days & because I'm using www.sparkpeople.com I didn't want to lose out on my points. Not bad for what I have burned. My goal is to burn more than last week. I eventually wanna be burning 3500 calories a week cause that's how many calories it take to melt one pound of fat.
