Just not Hungry

I don't know what's wrong with me today ... the thought of food is making me feel sick to my stomach. I'm still eating but it's the bare minimum. I'm feeling a little light headed & very foggy. Probably from lack of food or to much cardio. I have a goal of 3500 calories burned by Saturday morning. I'm pretty sure I can do it but it means I'm really gonna have to bump up my cardio. I figure if I can burn at least 600 a day I should make it just fine.

 Cardio for Sunday & Monday (below) ... I may go for a walk later tonight after dinner, just depends on how I feel. My weight seems to be stuck again. I was 194 point something on Friday morning but come Saturday it was back at 196.5 & it's been there every day since. Uggg, why does losing weight have to be so darned hard?

  3. Emmi, how do you know how many calories you burned?  Like for my classes I go to, how would I figure that out?

  4. Hey Emmi! You are pushing that cardio aren't you!?! You know that I found with intense weight lifting that I was able to burn a lot of calories also..could be because I am a big girl...You are such an inspiration and I sure hope that you reach your calorie burned goal....

  5. I wish food wasn't an issue for me.. I wish I could say the same and say that I didn't want to eat, but unfortunately food is all I think about! grrr... I need to find better things to think about! I think you're doing a great job though! Lots of cardio! Good for you.
