Sitting on top of the world

Yes, my lovely weight loss buddies ... that's down a whole pound from yesterday. I feel like I'm on top of the world. My goal is to make it to 190 by the months end but the way it's falling off right now I might even be in the 180's.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Is it possible to eat too much fruit & veggies? I don't know but with everything I'm eating I think I'm putting that question to the test.

I'm wondering if I'm gonna get sick of all of this healthy food. If I do start to slack ... please promise me now that you will smack me in the head & remind me of how unkind my scale is to me when I don't eat healthy!

    I got to thinking yesterday, after being here and the emails on our list that I am going to really start eating more fruits and raw veggies during the day. Made a run to Wal Mart and got some.
    I know you can beat your goal. you are well on your way.
