Where's the calories

I kept active all day long for fear that hubby being home would cause me to eat more than I usually would. Well, the opposite thing actually happened; I didn't eat enough & by the time I realized I didn't have enough calories in ... it was to late! I ended the night with barely over 800 calories.

I walked 1.5 miles at 6:30 yesterday morning, another 1.5 miles after lunch at the local park, then last night after dinner hubby & I did a 1.5 mile walk. My step counter at 8 last night said I had 12, 579 steps ... I can live with that.

As for today ... I've completed a walk that was a little over 2 miles and out in the freezing cold. I don't know what I was thinking! Breakfast was bacon, eggs & coffe. As soon as hubby heads off to work I'll probably do some yoga. Lunch is a grilled chicken on top of a garden salad. Dinner ... haven't a clue yet. It's so cold, probably soup!

I'm keeping positive about Thursday's weigh in. Hoping I stay in ONDERLAND. I'm pretty sure I will since my clothes are finally feeling loser. I shirt I haven't wore since this time last year was wore over the weekend. In recent months I didn't wear it because it was tight in the arms & I would have to wear a tank under it so no one would recognize it was there because the buttons were about to pop off. Well, this weekend, not only did the buttons not bulge, no tank was worn under it & best news of all ... it was lose in the arms. My jeans still feel close to the same which is a downer but my shirts are fitting fine. Well, unless I don't put them in the dryer to shrink up a bit! Shinking clothes I can now deal with though.

Ok, I'm outa here ... gonna boil up s ome eggs for later snacks, prep the cake for daughter's birthday on Thursday. I'm making from scratch the german chocolate cake, triple chocolate icing, and the hardest part ... the flowers for the decorations. I'm hoping I can work through the smells!
