I've had people ask what should I weight for my height ... my age ... just to be healthy? Well ... I found this great little chart that everyone can use. Well, actually I think it's just for us women cause men have more muscle so therefor weigh more then us.

wow I should weigh 148 lol I hope it happens I figure at the rate I am losing I should be there in January 2009 , wish me luck .

ReplyDeleteI hate these charts because according to it I should weigh no more than 128. That was like what I weighed after one baby. Actually when I was down that low I didn't feel healthy, but that was me. I guess I just got use to meat on my bones LOL.

That's about an 80 loss for me which could take me the rest of my life. I should weigh 144 according to chart. I gots to get started. rena'
