I'm feeling great this morning ... sure the scale went down a bit but I think it has more to do with making it through a weekend that wasn't a full out binge. It so easily could have been with DH home for 3 days. We did go out for take out yesterday ... pizza, my weakness, but I did rather well. I had 4 very small, thin slices of veggie pizza then one dessert pizza with a glass of lemonaide. I didn't feel stuffed when we left which in the past I have been so stuffed I hurt for hours after.
DH cleaned out our storage room yesterday cause I have been complaining about having a treadmillt hat I can't use cause all of his toold are all over it. Well, he cleaned it yesterday morning & I did 30 minutes on the thing last night. It felt so good to get in that workout ... to really push myself. It felt so good that after everyone left the house this morning I did it again only this time I added 30 min of weight training.
Food for the day. I burned about 200 calories with my walk/jog this morning & I am not going to be adding calories to make up for it. Thanks Evil for your advice ... I'm willing to try anything (well just about anything) to get this weight off of me. I found an old diet journal from when DH was in Egypt ... I was 179 pounds & I didn't eat more than 1300 calories a day & I exercised like a mad woman. I remember when he came home I was 172. Seems like it was years ago instead of barely over a year. Oh well ... can't change the past but I can make a great today & an even better future. Thanks D-I-E-T girlies, you all rock.
