This mornings workout was so much fun. I was gonna take the day off but that just isn't me ... sorry Christina. I made for sure it was something very light ... FitTV had this yogalaties/tia chi thing on this morning. It was just to awesome not to try it out. I used my 2 pound weights for all of the moves ... I feel strong ... empowered ... awesome. I am ready to tackle this weekend head on.
