Still hangin in there. Today was my weekly weigh in over at D-I-E-T & well I was a little sad cause I only lost .2 ounces. I know that I should be happy that I didn't gain but because I did incorperate weights back into my program but darn it anyway ... I would have like to have seen a pound. I know what those people feel like on Biggest Loser when all of their team mate lose a lot more then they do ... makes you wonder what they are doing different. It doesn't sound like anything different ... maybe more cardio on my part compaired to some but then again, that may be my problem right there.
You're probably wondering what I'm talking about ... how can I be doing to much? Well, earlier today I planned out all of my food which brought me to around 1400 calories. Not bad when you know that anything under 1200 is a bad thing. Well, once you take into account my workout which was a 10 min. low cardio this morning to get me up & moving then my 3 mile walk (45 min) with 2 pound weights this afternoon ... that burned 400 calories which means that I'm under my calorie range ... had to go back to the drawing board & add more calories. This is not an excuse on why I went over my calorie range but a fact that I'm gonna have to deal with. Maybe ... just maybe the people who have dropped 5 pounds since Monday didn't just lose water weight but they actually ate enough calories to sustain them.

ReplyDeleteYou are doing well and trust me it will all even out. Next week you beat up on all of us. Thought 3.5 would be a good loss and it is and then someone (Evil) edged me out along with her partner. LOL
Keep up the good work.
