I feel amazing this morning ... lots of energy. I re-did my points alloted because I think I'm actually more active then I originally thought. I now get 27 instead of 25. Who hoo!!! I'm on cloud 9! Funny thing is ... I can eat more & still don't seem to need my activity points. Just 40 minutes of kickboxing was 6 activity points. Right now I have energy to go for another 40 minutes.

  4. I think I messed up my eating for today.......I went to a funeral this morning, then went to the Y, then stopped to see my daughter and ordered a grilled chicken salad to go.  I just finished eating it and am so stuffed I need a nap!!!  And I can't see myself wanting to eat dinner at all.
