Day in Review

Although it's not on the chart I did do a 20 min dance video then finish it up with a 10 min yoga session. I was so darn sweaty, but dang it felt good. It was one of my Yoga Booty Ballet videos ... I really need to get back into those cause there so much fun & full of energy.
