Ok, wanna know what I think about this video? It's not even close to being my favorite. There's a nice warm up then it goes into the traditional Leslie walking ... 5 minutes into it she stops, grabs her resistance band & does 5 minutes of toning, then it's back to fast walking for 5 min. She does this until the 25 min mark where she takes you through a slow 5 minute walk. I was so dissappointed in this workout. I didn't even break a sweat. This video comes with a bonus 1 mile walk & this was even suckier then the first 2 miles. First off it was a bunch of senior citizens ... not that I have any problem with my elders but these poor people wouldn't even stick to the beat. It was so hard for me to keep the pace when I kept seeing them off the best. Uggg!!!! I also has a very hard time hearing the music. I probably won't do this video very often if at all ... it's at the bottom of my workouts to try again. I got it at Walmart for about $10. Such a waste ... my $1 videos are so much better!
