Looks good to me. After looking at what you are eating in one day... I can tell my problem is I definately eat too much!!!

ReplyDeleteI think you are doing great , is it that you are not losing or not losing fast enough? I think your food choices are great , and you definately exercise more than anyone else so I don't get it either let us know what she says .

If I was to pick this apart (and you know i will...lol) how about putting in a little more protein and less carbs and sugar. (I am not saying cut out all carbs but think maybe you need to do 75% protein and 25% carbs & sugar) What do you think??
