Feeling a little light headed today, don;t know why though cause I feel like everything is balanced. Tomorrow is the nutritionist; 9am at Lyster, I sure hope she can find something wrong with my food so I can start losing weight.

 

So tell me ... how does it all look? Need improvements anywhere?

  3. I think you are doing great , is it that you are not losing or not losing fast enough? I think your food choices are great , and you definately exercise more than anyone else so I don't get it either let us know what she says .

  4. If I was to pick this apart (and you know i will...lol) how about putting in a little more protein and less carbs and sugar.  (I am not saying cut out all carbs but think maybe you need to do 75% protein and 25% carbs & sugar)  What do you think??
