Hungry dayz

I don't know why but this is one of those days where I just feel hungry. Below is what I had. I could've gone without the Sonic Blast butit is what it is.

I did manage to get on the treadmill this afternoon for about 20 minutjes. I told myself I wasn't gonna get off of the thing until DH & the kids came home. They should have been gone 30-40 min but in they walk 15 minutes into my workout with dinner in hand. I'm actually glad they walked in cause I was so tired & my legs never seemed to adjust to the speed. Maybe I'm trying to push myself to far to fast? I feel like I'm not getting a good workout unless I'm going 4-5 mph ... it's so hard to maintain that speed ... half the time I end up jogging it cause it hurts my knees. Depending on how I feel later on tonight I may get back on the thing & try to at least make it 30 minutes.

  1. I seriously think you are trying/doing TOO MUCH!!!!! Really.  To much thought is going into losing weight and exercise. I think it is overkill and backfiring on you.  You need a break!!!!

Emmi with out the sonic blast you were below calories , it is not how little you eat it is the quality and you need more I thought I would never tell someone this but carbs you have the protein down but you need the energy from carbs too and uhm watch the fat girl oh by the way I am going to have to watch that one too ... I hope you loved the blast he he evil is going to get you na na na boo boo
