I don't know what's wrong with me today ... the thought of food is making me feel sick to my stomach. I'm still eating but it's the bare minimum. I'm feeling a little light headed & very foggy. Probably from lack of food or to much cardio. I have a goal of 3500 calories burned by Saturday morning. I'm pretty sure I can do it but it means I'm really gonna have to bump up my cardio. I figure if I can burn at least 600 a day I should make it just fine.

I was 194 point something on Friday morning but come Saturday it was back at 196.5 & it's been there every day since. Uggg, why does losing weight have to be so darned hard?
