How much should I weight?

I've had people ask what should I weight for my height ... my age ... just to be healthy? Well ... I found this great little chart that everyone can use. Well, actually I think it's just for us women cause men have more muscle so therefor weigh more then us.

Weight ranges are used to provide information about the range of weights with the lowest risk of developing weight-related conditions. Weight Watchers uses ranges based on Body Mass Index (BMI).

  1. wow I should weigh 148 lol I hope it happens I figure at the rate I am losing I should be there in January 2009 , wish me luck .

  3. I hate these charts because according to it I should weigh no more than 128. That was like what I weighed after one baby. Actually when I was down that low I didn't feel healthy, but that was me. I guess I just got use to meat on my bones LOL.

  4. That's about an 80 loss for me which could take me the rest of my life.  I should weigh 144 according to chart.  I gots to get started.  rena'
