Last minute eat before WI

Uppin' my protein in hopes of a smaller number on the scale tomorrow. I don't know why but I can weigh myself everyday of the week & not feel anything about that number but on weigh in day I hate to weigh in. Why is that? Is it because I'm afraid I will have failed in some way?

By my calculations in my book going exactly by the labels I have 1234 calories & 168 proteins but this is pretty close so that's why I'm sharing.

I've been keeping active just keep forgetting to tell everyone what I'm eating & exercising to. Yesterday I felt like getting funky so I pulled out my Grind Hip Hop video. OMG ... I just love when Eric takes off his shirt. he he he

Grind Workout: Hip Hop AerobicsHe's so frickin HOT, makes my heart rate race. This is a 40 min dance video ... a good 10 minutes is spent on warming up & cooling down. The dance steps are fairly easy to learn after a couple times running through them. I found mine at the local thrift store but I did a search on www.Amazon.com & it's there to for pretty cheap.

Today I'm thinking about getting on my treadmil for 45-60 minutes ... maybe even a little Yoga Booty Ballet or pilates. I haven't been doing my pilates & I can really tell. I'm not as limber as I was.
