ReplyDeleteI think I messed up my eating for today.......I went to a funeral this morning, then went to the Y, then stopped to see my daughter and ordered a grilled chicken salad to go. I just finished eating it and am so stuffed I need a nap!!! And I can't see myself wanting to eat dinner at all.
