I have no clue what I'm doing wrong ... my weight has been up for 3 days now & I'm eating (I think) the right way, I getting my cardio in everyday. I've been doing my toning for almost a month now. I'm not losing inches cause my clothes all fit the same. Damn ... the nutritionist better come up with something better. There has got to be a reason why I can't lose after the first week or 2. I'm so damned frustrated right now I can barely speak about it.

I did a 35 minute boot camp video this morning. It's almost all low aerobics with 1 min. bursts of toning throughout it. I like it a lot but I don't think it's one of Crunche's better videos.

  3. It can be sooo frustrating when the weight doesn't come off when you think you're doing everything right!  But eventually it always does.  Good luck.
