Notes
My stomach is all upset this morning, I only have myself to blame. Yesterday I didn't choose wisely at all. I had a bowl of the kids cereal, then chili for lunch, nachos for dinner. graham crackers & milk for a midnight snack & the worst thing I did ... I had a hershey bar ... I'm talking the monster hershey, as in 800 calories if you eat the whole bar ... & I ate it all. TOM is effecting me, coming for a visit in a day or so. Today I'm going to be better ... I'm going to be feeding it a bunch of fruits & veggies & downing a lot of water. I'm hoping to be able to check off every single block ... well maybe not the oil!

  2. Hope your feeling better today! I know it's tough when tom comes for a visit. he always seems to throw everything off track, but i know you can do it, and get through! You always do!

  3. Chilli & Nacho's... that would do it...lol.  One day off plan is okay.  Just don't do it again.  (don't you feel guilty???...lol)  I don't want to see you gain any of that weight back that you lost.  Stay focused!!
