 This video is about 40 minutes long & if you love to dance I think you will really like this one. I didn't know what to expect when it said go go ... I had this mental picture of a strip tease/burlesque kinda dance. It's got a burlesque feel to it but not quite as dramatic. I found this baby at Walmart (of course) for just under $10 ... it's fastly becoming a favorite of mine. Be prepared to sweat a lot!!! =D

Step Reebok The Power Workout Original CoverI'll have to come back & let ya know if I like this one. This was a gift from my great friend Michele. Thanks so much sweetie ... I think it's about time I pull it out & see how well I like it. I'm sure I'm gonna love it cause I love step & I really like how Gin Miller leads her workouts.

UPDATE: This video rocks ... it's only about 40 minutes long instead of 50 like the box says but that's ok ... it's still 6 activity points that I'm planning on NOT eating. I want to see a great loss this week. Ok, back to the video, I'd catagorize it as advanced step ... if you do step a lot then you'll probably pick it up quick but if your a beginner it will probably take you several times to catch on to the moves. The instructor Gin says the moves once before heading right into each section. I like the breakdown that leads into the next move. I tend to learn everything quicker this way. I don't know how much it would cost in the stores ... maybe check out e-bay if your interested in it or join ThinChicks Fat Free February Challenge for a chance to win it. I know it's a lot of cardio the last 2 days but I want to see a BIG loss come Friday. EVIL ... there must be some way I can pull the BIG numbers too. It's just not fair that you pull a -7 while I barely pull 6 oz.

Have a great on plan day ... drink your water. A tip for all you water haters, add a splash of fruit juice to it ... try crystal light ... diet sodas don't count toward your water. Water is the key ingredient to losing weight so unless your doctor has told you not to drink it then you should really get it all in. You're body will thank you for it.

Good luck with the step tape.  I think the reason I couldn't ever get into it was it had too many moves to remember.  I'm used to our step teachers at the Y and the same old, same old!!!  lol  I've got to figure out what to do today for cardio.  Don't know if I have enough gumption to head out cuz we are having a blizzard right now.  I should have taken advantage of yesterday's 50 degree weather and walked outside.

  3. Hey.. stopping by quick just to check up and make sure you are still on plan and focusing..... YES you are...wtg!!!.  I am having a difficult time this week.  Its that week and 1/2 before TOM shows and he is KILLING ME.  Stuggling to stay focused.  I know I am up and did a lot of cardio on that leg machine and it is making me retain.  But trying to not let it get to me!!! Super busy at work and don't have time to check in all the time but thinking of you and the girls.
    (ps... do some cardio for me...lol)
