I'm allotted 26 points per day & well ... I caved for chocolate around 2:30. If I would have checked the points value first I never would have caved. I don't know what I was thinking cause I did so well with everything else. All in all I guess I didn't do bad ... I cam out even with my points because of the 3 points in activity. CHRISTINA ... I'M NOT TRYING TO EAT MY ACTIVITY POINTS!!!! They actually came off my flex points when I looked at the chart.
 
I did a 50 min walk ... 4 miles! I feel really tired & run down since the workout. Maybe since I am feeling sick I should have taken it easier on myself.

  5. well, I don't know. According to the woman at the weight watchers meeting that i went to... there shouldn't be any points for coffee because I can't find anything in the book but points for flavored coffee, and i use wal mart brand non-dairy coffee creamor. 1 tsp. and I used my points finder scale thingy to calculate the points on the side of the container and it comes out to be 0 for me.  I think you're are counted as points because you use tablespoons.
