WI Day =D

Yup ... that's a loss! Only 6 ounces which I am slightly bummed about but I am thankful that I didn't gain anything this week. I really feel like I should have lost more weight then I did so I guess I need to step up the cardio a little more this week then I did last week. I know I didn't do poorly in the eating department at all. I rocked the house on the food.
